Class Cancellation Policy To ensure smooth scheduling and respect everyone's time, the following policy applies to all cancellations or rescheduling: Cancellation Deadline All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the class is due in full. How to Cancel Cancellations must be communicated by email to info@musimim.com, by text message, or by phone. Cancellations via social media or instant messaging are not guaranteed to be received on time. Lateness A late arrival of more than 15 minutes without prior notice is considered an absence. The class will then be billed as normal. If late arrival is less than 15 minutes, the class will end at the scheduled time without compensation.
